Who/What is the Fourth Doctor?
The Fourth Doctor is the fourth incarnation of the Doctor, in the longest running sci-fi show known, Doctor Who. The Doctor (Four) is portrayed by Tom Baker from 1974-81, making him the longest running actor to have the role.
In this particular incarnation, the Doctor is recognized by his trademarks. A brown floppy hat, a very long multi-coloured scarf, mass of curly brown hair, teeth, the sonic screwdriver and, of course, the bag of jellybabies. He is flamboyant, in dress sense and personality, and a bohemian. The Fourth Doctor is considered the most alien and the most lonely of all Doctors.
